it will never bring you lower than 1 when it wears off, so it's a great emergency retreat skill, especially coupled w/sprint.

it's also good because it will buy you extra time to be healed.

I use it if i need to buy just a bit of extra time to kill a boss or something. dont use it in fierce combat because it will make you think you got a lot of health then boom ur dead.

Its Kinda False security.. Its a skill u use right before running away or right before engaging an enemy.

Can Bring Ur Health lower than 0 For an example - 230 and u dont die but u have to regen it or get a super heal to get + health again. If a monk uses Orison of healing (= like + 60 health) while ur at - 230 ull get -170 and die.

This isn't really a great skill for pve, but it's nice to bring along in ha.
It's just basically a nice self-infuse to prevent spiking.

Endure is, like said, basically a Self-Infuse to stop Spikes :\

While Running it can be used in much the same fashion to give you enough extra health to make it to the next "Safe spot" and heal sig up.

If you have endure for 250hp and have 10 health and it ends, effectively you should have -240 but it displays 1 and you do in fact have 1hp. you can be healed by pips of regen but you will NOT go above 1 until the virtual -240 has been healed. if you are healed when you are effectively in the negatives, if the heal would leave you still on a negative number, you die. so in this scenario at -240, you could stand still and get pips of regen, after 240 would have been healed you will start to go up from 1. if at this -240 you are healed for anything below 241 you die, be it healing signet, or a spell. Even a monk breezes you (as you can heal with pips) divine favor kills you. a x/mo could breeze you fine.

basically you can have virtual negatives and being healed up to less than 1, kills you, but you can regen.

sorry if that was a bit tatty, im in a rush ^^
